Topic Kasente, a prominent figure in the Ugandan music scene, recently praised Sheebah Karungi as the epitome of Ugandan music today. According to him, Sheebah possesses the talent and appeal needed to represent Uganda at major international music awards, with a genuine potential to secure victories.

Kasente’s admiration for Sheebah extends to her track record of success and popularity, evident through her numerous achievements in the industry.

In a notable piece of advice, Kasente urged fellow artist Spice Diana to avoid engaging in any form of rivalry with Sheebah. He suggested that their respective positions in the industry are not comparable, implying that Sheebah’s stature far surpasses Spice Diana’s.

When pressed about the possibility of a musical battle between the two artists, Kasente was unequivocal in his response. He confidently asserted that Sheebah would outshine Spice Diana in any such competition.

In Kasente’s eyes, Sheebah’s dominance in the Ugandan music landscape is undeniable, and he believes she should be the one representing the country on global platforms. As for Spice Diana, he advised her to steer clear of any comparisons with Sheebah, indicating that the outcome would be in Sheebah’s favor.

It’s worth noting that Topic Kasente and Sheebah Karungi have a collaboration song together titled “Tonzoleya,” released six years ago during Sheebah’s tenure under TNS.
