Former Employee Files Sexual Assault Lawsuit Against Kanye West

Kanye West’s legal troubles continue to mount as a new sexual assault case has emerged against him. On June 3, his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, filed a lawsuit alleging sexual harassment and wrongful termination of their working contract.

Pisciotta, who worked for West for two years, claims that he sent her sexually explicit texts and behaved inappropriately during her tenure. The lawsuit, obtained by The Blast, details Pisciotta’s 15 years of experience in the music industry, including her work as a creative collaborator on West’s Yeezy Season 1 women’s fashion line in 2015 and his 2021 album, Donda.

In July 2021, Pisciotta was appointed as West’s Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant with a promised salary of $1 million per year, requiring her to be available “24/7.” Despite initially being supportive of her work on OnlyFans and social media, West later demanded she delete her OnlyFans account and offered her $1 million to become “God-like,” a promise he allegedly never fulfilled.

The lawsuit alleges that West began sexually harassing Pisciotta by sending explicit messages, pornographic videos, and masturbating during phone calls. It also claims that on a flight to Paris, West called Pisciotta into a private room and masturbated under the covers. Despite being promised a $3 million bonus and later a severance package, Pisciotta claims she never received payment.

Pisciotta further alleges that after her termination, West developed an “obsession” with her, moving into her building and “stalking” her. West has not publicly responded to these allegations.
