Juliana Kanyomozi Honored by MNFPAC

In a recent ceremony, the renowned Ugandan songstress Juliana Kanyomozi was bestowed with an honorary accolade for her significant contributions to Uganda’s music industry. The Mariam Ndagire Film and Performing Arts Centre (MNFPAC) presented her with a Certificate in Music, recognizing her outstanding talent and dedication.

The MNFPAC is a prestigious institution in Uganda dedicated to fostering emerging filmmakers and providing mentorship to aspiring talents. Offering comprehensive training in various aspects of film production, including screenwriting, directing, producing, cinematography, editing, sound recording, and acting, the center serves as a cornerstone for the country’s creative community.

Juliana was honored during the institute’s third graduation ceremony, where the founder, Mariam Ndagire, emphasized the long-overdue recognition of Juliana’s exceptional talent. In her acceptance speech, Juliana expressed her heartfelt gratitude to Mrs. Ndagire and MNFPAC for the honor, stating, “It is amazing how much time can fly because, you look back and realize how much you have done and it seems like it all happened in a blink of an eye.”

Sharing her excitement on social media, Juliana expressed her deep humility at being recognized in such a remarkable manner, especially by someone she has admired for a long time.
