KCCA FC has extended Mutwalibi Mugolofa’s contract, keeping the goalkeeper with the Uganda Premier League team until the 2026-27 season.
On Thursday, June 6, 2024, the club confirmed the renewal on its official website. Mugolofa signed a two-year deal, solidifying his stay after initially joining KCCA FC in January 2024 on a short-term contract.
Last season, Mugolofa appeared in four matches and recorded two clean sheets. In an interview with the club’s media team, he expressed his joy about the extension.
“I am thrilled to commit my future to KCCA FC. I have felt at home during my first six months here, and renewing my contract was an easy decision,” Mugolofa stated.
He continued, “I aim to compete and become a key player for the club. When I joined, I set personal goals, and one of them was to return to my best form. The club has given me this chance, and I am eager to continue competing with other talented goalkeepers here. I’m ready to push forward.”
